- Situated 2 miles east of Cardiff City Centre with direct access to the A48 (M) and M4 motorway.
- Cardiff International Airport is less than a 30 minute drive from the Centre.
- From the M4, Junction 29, access the A48 then take the A4232 directly over the flyover, 3rd exit to Ffordd Pengam (left on the mini roundabout)
